For on-seller enquiries, you warrant that: You are aged 18 or over; You have the appropriate authority to provide Personal, Director and Business information and accept the Terms; The information supplied by you is true and correct.

Raptor Alarms takes customer complaints seriously. All complaints are respected and investigated with diligence. Warranty jobs pertaining to faulty installation(s), damage caused from installation(s), or poor installation service / end user customer engagement remain the responsibility of the on-seller.

A product warranty is exercised if a product has been installed compliantly and in accordance with the installation guidelines / operating manual and is not fit for purpose or fails to perform within the product warranty period. All products come with a minimum 1-year product warranty provided the product has not been tampered with in any way.

Service warranties are defined as damage and/or poor workmanship because of works completed at installation or consumer engagement and remain the responsibility of the on-seller.
