Lead follow-up
Can we reach our new leads? A lead past New Lead in GHL (for example Quote Sent) counts as reached. For leads still in New Lead, calls, customer replies and Not Reachable SMS templates decide. Direct Call leads are excluded. Read-only.

How results are worked out
One row per customer, using their newest lead in the selected dates. A lead whose GHL stage has moved past New Lead (for example Quote Sent, Follow Up or Installed) counts as reached, and one in Not Reachable counts as not reachable. For leads still in New Lead (or Today), a Not Reachable SMS template sent from the SMS portal means the customer was tried but not reached, so the lead counts as not reachable so far until the customer replies by SMS or calls in. Otherwise calls are matched by phone number from RingCentral and SMS from the SMS portal and GHL conversations, counting only activity after the lead arrived. A connected call or a customer SMS reply counts as reached, although a connected call may still be voicemail. Calls or SMS with no answer count as not reachable so far, and no call or SMS at all as not tried yet. A missing or shared phone number, an unclear call result or incomplete GHL data is marked “Needs review”. Direct Call opportunities are excluded by their GHL source or name. Check known leads before sharing the figures.
Calls per day: every lead not yet reached should get at least 3 calls a day until it is moved to Not Reachable. Outbound RingCentral calls are counted per calendar day (Sydney time, weekends included) from the day the lead arrived. For a lead in Not Reachable the check stops on the day it was moved there. The arrival day is not counted against staff when the lead came in from 3 pm, and today is shown as in progress. Calls made from other phones are not seen. “Last contacted” is the latest call or SMS sent to the customer.
